First meeting takes place17 MAR 04 Troop 162 Held it's first meeting on March 16th. All of the boys that crossed over were in attendance, including 3 visitors for a total of 17. The group was divided into two Patrols, (Patrol A and Patrol B) to be named by the boys at the next meeting. Patrol Leaders were established: Will and Stephen accepted the challenge. Wes York, Senior Patrol Leader, informed the boys that we will hold meetings every Tuesday of the month starting promptly at 6:30pm. Exceptions to this schedule such as Holidays will be published once an Annual Troop Schedule is established. Full Class A uniforms are required on the first Tuesday of each month. Following the meeting, a PLC (Patrol Leader Council) took place. Those in attendance were challenged by Wes to prepare for next week's meeting. Additional Troop positions were established and the following boys accepted their new positions: Austin - Chaplain's Aid, Jeris - Quarter Master, Ben - Historian, Hunter - Scribe. JJB
