Troop Committee Meetings are usually held every 3rd Tuesday of the month at Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church (Get Map), during normal meeting times (while the boys meet 7:00-8:30pm). This meeting is called so that the Troop Committee members can discuss and plan Troop activities and perform other Troop business. All parents are encouraged to attend and participate in these meetings, especially if they want to stay well informed and have opportunity to offer input to the discussions! Open positions are filled by willing participants, subject to Committee approval.
